Return Policy

International returns
International customers are responsible for all shipping costs in both directions, including return shipping, replacement shipping, duties, taxes, and any customs fees. International return labels are not provided, and original shipping charges are non-refundable. For these reasons, we do not offer international exchanges.
USA Orders
Free standard returns (U.S. orders only)
We offer one complimentary standard return per order on U.S. orders. Return window is 30 days from the day you order your item.
Exchanges
Unfortunately we no longer offer exchanges. If you wish to exchange, please place a new order. If you were previously promised a free exchange, simply email hello@blackstrad.com to make your request.
Additional returns
After the first return on a U.S. order, any additional return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility.
Shipping options
Standard return shipping is complimentary for the first return on U.S. orders.
Upgraded or expedited return shipping options are not complimentary and will incur an additional cost.
Return Window
You have 30 days from the date of your order to request a return. Items sent back without an approved return request will not be accepted.
Items marked FINAL SALE cannot be returned. They will be clearly marked FINAL SALE above the Add to Cart button.
Item Condition Requirements
All returned items must be:
- Free of marks, makeup, perfumes, strong odors, deodorant stains, cigarette smoke, and animal hair.
- In new, unworn condition with all original tags attached.
Items that do not meet these criteria or are otherwise in unsellable condition will not be accepted and may be returned to the customer without refund or store credit.

Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon arrival. If your item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, contact us immediately so we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items
We cannot accept returns on:
- Final sale items or gift cards
If you’re unsure whether your item qualifies for return, email us before shipping it back at hello@blackstrad.com.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you of approval or rejection.
If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days.
Please note that your bank or credit card provider may take additional time to post the refund. If more than 15 business days have passed since your return was approved, contact us at hello@blackstrad.com.
European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period
If your order was shipped to the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return it within 14 days for any reason. Items must be in their original condition—unworn, unused, with tags and original packaging—and accompanied by proof of purchase.
