Processing and Shipping

Orders ship from our fulfillment warehouse in the Chicago area. Orders placed after 12:00 PM Central Time will ship the following business day. Orders placed after the cutoff on Friday, over the weekend, or on a warehouse holiday will ship the next business day.

Business days do not include weekends or holidays.

Order Changes and Cancellations

Our warehouse begins processing orders very quickly. Orders cannot be canceled or edited after they have been placed.

This includes changes to sizes, lengths, styles, shipping addresses, contact information, and payment details. Promotional codes must be entered during checkout and cannot be applied after an order is placed.

Please carefully review your order and information before completing checkout.

Delivery Times

Delivery estimates begin after your order has been processed and shipped. Selecting expedited shipping shortens the carrier’s transit time but does not include warehouse processing time.

Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking to update.

Delays

Processing and delivery may take longer during holidays, sales, severe weather, and periods of unusually high carrier volume. Delivery dates shown at checkout are estimates and may be affected by delays outside our control.
