This all-black formal concert dress is breathable, opaque, and designed to move with musicians under pressure.

The new and improved Swan Dress features:

• Stretch crepe fabric
• Extra stretchy 3/4 length mesh sleeves for airflow
• Stretch velvet waistband for comfort and slimming effect
• Dramatic velvet godet detail in back
• Back of skirt is approx 2 inches longer than the front of the skirt
• Zips to a V-back—subtle drama, yet dress code approved (traditional bra straps will not show, we promise)
• Available in 3 lengths: Petite, Regular, and Tall
• High-grade polyester fabric with stretch – cool, lightweight, wrinkle-resistant

Fit Tips:

Petite Length is 53" measured from top of shoulder to bottom front hem. (Note: bottom back hem is 3" longer than the front.)

This length will be just off the ground for those 5'3" wearing flats and those 5'0" wearing a 3" heel.

Regular Length is 57" measured from top of shoulder to bottom front hem. (Note, bottom back hem is 3" longer than the front.) This length will be just off the ground for those 5'7" wearing flats and those 5'4" wearing a 3" heel. 

Note that reviews written before March 2026 are of the previous Swan Dress, so fit tips should not apply.

P.S. We’ve been told that the Size Small/Regular is a perfect fit for someone 5'7" / 135 lbs who plans to wear flats. If in doubt, we recommend sizing down, especially if you want a more form-fitting look as this fabric has a forgiving amount of stretch.
